The Visionary
Engr. Jamiu Badmos
Engr. Jamiu Badmos is a versatile, analytical and passionate QHSSE Professional, Business Sustainability Executive and an Enterprise Risk Management Professional with over 22 years practical hands-on approach, strong coaching skills, high decisional efficiency and International certifications in Environmental Law, Quality, Health, Safety, Security, Environment, IOSH Fire Safety, Business Continuity, Business Process, Enterprise Risk Management, Asset Management and ISO Management System Standards (ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, ISO 22301:2019 and ISO 56002:2019, ISO 31000:2018 etc). He is a certified IRCA Lead Auditor (01199630) in ISO 9001 and ISO 45001, making him one of the eleven (11) Internationally certified Management System Auditors (OH&S) in Nigeria.
He has translated excellent safety, environmental and quality performance into profitability and operational excellence for over forty-five (45) companies including Multinationals in Oil & Gas, Telecoms, Manufacturing, Banking, Logistics, Construction and Power sectors of the economy.
He led the first IMS certification (ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018) in the Nigerian Electricity Supply Industry (NESI) in 2020 and did the same for the First Government Parastatal in Nigeria and Sub-Saharan Africa in 2023.
Engr. Jamiu Badmos is a Fellow in Ten (10) Leading Professional Bodies including the International Institute of Risk & Safety Management (IIRSM), the Association of Enterprise Risk Management Professionals (AERMP), Emergency Crisis & Disaster Risk Management Institute (ECRMI) and Sustainability Professionals Institute of Nigeria (SPIN), World Safety Organization (WSO) and an outstanding contributor to OSH drive in Nigeria, Africa and the global village at large being one of the Global Profilers for Vision Zero in the World (https://visionzero.global/profiles-0)
